JY-350QP Multifunctional Vacuum Sealing Machine

This machine is a new-generation all-in-one multifunctional unit integrating vacuum pumping (air extraction), nitrogen flushing, coding and sealing. It operates in a completely different manner from ordinary air-extracting sealers available on the market.Air extraction (vacuuming) and nitrogen inflation are carried out continuously by a follow-up air nozzle moving synchronously with the sealing conveying line. This delivers genuine vacuum packaging performance while greatly boosting production efficiency.The whole machine is equipped with three independent control systems, which separately govern the synchronous air pumping & inflation unit, sealing module and coding unit. Combined with sophisticated mechanical design, the movements of these three core sections coordinate perfectly with one another.
